PURPOSE

It is an informational system used for Dutch Refugee Council. VluchtelingenWerk VolgSysteem is intended for working groups of central reception to help refugges.

FUNCTIONS

• administering the refugee case;
• tracking the process of passing all procedures by a refugee necessary for getting the appropriate status;
• keeping records on refugee case;
• supporting the system of reminders for events connected with refugee case;
• registration of time spent on service rendering;
• creation of reports on different aspects of Council activity.
